The TMI2605S integrates a synchronous 4-switch Buck-Boost converter that maintains output voltage regulation when the input voltage is either less than or greater than the output voltage. It operates as a Buck converter while the input voltage is sufficiently greater than the output voltage and gradually transitions to the Buck-Boost mode as the input voltage approaches t🅷he output. It also features an internal fixed soft-start function and offers protection features including input UVLO, OCP, overload protection (OLP), OVP and thermal shutdown. In addition, it features selectable FCCM or DCM operation for light load. 🔯;
The TMI2605S also control two low N-MOSFETs as load switches helping to reduce BOM cost. With ♐a micro-proce🍌ssor, it can realize input bulk capacitance discharging during power swap at VPIN pin.
