The TMI3278H is a high efficiency 1MHz, Cons🍌tant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous stepdown DC-DC converter capable of ♍deliverin𓆏g up to 3A c❀urrent. TMI3278H integrates main switch and &nb༺sp;synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.🅰 Low output voltage ripple and  🐟;small external inductor and capacitorﷺ s๊ize are acꦗhieved with 1MHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achiev♋e fast transient responses for high voltage step down 𓄧applications. The TMI3278H requires a minimum number of readily availab🅷le standard external components and is available in a 6-pin SOT563 ROHS compliant package.
