The TMI3273/T is a high efficiency 600kHz, 🌼Constant on-Time (COT)ܫ control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of de💧livering up to 3A current. TMI3273/T integrates main sw🃏itch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize th🐭e conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external iꦅnductor and capacitor size are🐼 achieved with 600kHz switching frequency. It &nbs✨p;adopts the COT architectur🍸e to achieve fast transient responses for high volt🐠age 🍸step down applications. The TMI3273/T requires a minimum number of readily available st♓andard external components and &n𒁏bsp;i⭕s available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RO𓆉HS compliant package.
