The STI3453FI is a high efficienc𒉰y 1MHz current &nb❀sp;mode constant on-time (CM-COT) control mode &nཧbsp;s꧑ynchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering 3A current꧅ ܫwith force PWM operation. STI3453FI integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minꦦim🏅ize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small ♕external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 1MHz switching frequency👍. It adopts the CM-COT architecture to achieve fast &🐷nbsp;transient respo🔜nses f🦂or high voltage step down applications. The STI3453FI requires a minimum number of readily available standard ext꧑ernal compone꧋nts and is available in a space saving 6-pin SOT563 ROHS compliant package.
