The STI34𓆉52I is a high🐈 efficiency, 800kHz switching frequency, Co👍nstant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capab♍le of delivering up 🐓to 2A current with small🅷 size SOT563 package. STI🔜3452I integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction lo�🥃�ss. Low output voltage ripple and small e✤xternal inductor and capac🌱itor size are 🐬achieved with 800kHz ཧswitching frequency. It adopts tꦆhe COT architectur❀e to achieve fast transient responses for h𝓡igh voltage step down applications. The S✃TI3452I requires a minimum number of ꦫreadily available standard external components and is &nbꦛsp;available in a 6-pin small size SOT56🦋3 RoHS compliant package.
