The TMI3252SH2 is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant on-Time control mode synchronous stepdown DC-DC converter capable of 🔯delivering up to &𝔍nbsp;2A current with force PWM operation. TMI3252SH2 integrate main switch and sy🎐nchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small 🥂external inductor and capacitor size are achieved wi🅘th 1MHz switching frequency. It ad🌱opts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient respons🐼es for high voltage step down applications. The TMI3252SH2 require a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is a𒁃vailable in a 6-pin SOT23♏-6 ROHS compliant package.
