The TMI3252TH is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant-on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous s🌠tep-down DC-DC converter capable &nbsꦺp;of delivering up to 2A current. TMI3252TH integrates main switch🍷 and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction l𓂃oss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inducto🐠r and capacitor size are achieved with 1MHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fa🍸st transient responses for &🦄nbsp;high voltage step down applications. The TMI3252TH requires a minimum number of readily av𒅌ailable standard external components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
