The TMI3252SHF is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous 🔯 step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering 🍒;up to 2A current with force PWM operation. TMI3252SHF integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the con⛦duction loss. Low output voltage r🌜ipple and small external inductor and capacitor s📖ize are achieved with 1MH♐z switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to 𓄧achieve fast transient responses for high voltage step down applications. The TMI3252SHF requires a minimu🅷m number of readily available standard exter🐓nal com🧔ponents and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS comp🎉liant 𒁃 package.
