The TMI3252/S🌼/T is a high efficiency 600kHz, &nbs🎐p;Constant on-Time (COT) control modꦛe synchronous step-down🔜 DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 2A curren⛎t. TMI3252/ꦫS/T integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction🎐 loss. Low output voltage &nbꦡsp;ripple and small external inductor♉ and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switchꦬing frequency. It a🦋dopts the COT ar🙈chitecture to achieve fast transient responses for high vo๊ltage 🦋step down applications.
