The TMI32520 is high efficiency 1MHz🌃, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter🐓 capable of deliver🦋ing up to 2A current with force PWM operation. TMI325🥀20 integrates main switch🌠 and synchronous switch &nb🥀sp;with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple an⭕d small external♕ inductorꦯ and capacitor size are 🦩achieved with 1MHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast trꦓansient responses for &nbꦗsp;high voltage step down applications. The TMI32520 requires a minimum number of readily available standard e𒈔xternal components  ꦫ;and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
