The TMI32560 is a high efficiency 600kHz, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchr🌸onous step-down DC-DC converter🙈 capable of delivering up to 6A current🐼. TMI32560 integrates main switch ▨and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minജimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small externa💧l inductor and &ꦬnbsp;capacitor sizeꦕ are achieved with 600kHz switching frequenღcy. It adopts the COT architecture and force PWM 💃operation in steady sta🌺te to achieve fast t🤡ransient responses for high voltage step down applications. The TMI32560 requires a minimum number of readily available standar🌱d external components ♓;and is available in ESOP8 RoHS compliant package.
