The TMI3256 is a high ef🐭ficiency 600kHz, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous stepdown DC-DC converter capable of delive💦ring up to  💜;6A current. TMI32⭕56 in🐭tegrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the co🔥nduction loss. Low output voltag💙e ripple a🅘nd small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved w🧔ith 🅘600kHz switching frequency. It☂ adopts🐲 the COT architecture to achieve fast tran🃏sient responses for high volta꧋ge step down applications. The TMI3256 requires a minimum number of readily ava♒ilable standard exte⛎rnal components and is available in a 6-pin DFN2x2-6 RoHS compliant package.
