The TMI3255S is a high efficiency, Constant on꧅Time (COT) control mode synchronous step-down  ꦡ;DC-DC conv🅘erter capable of deliv🔯ering up to 5A current. TMI3255S 🔜integrates mai💎n switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conducti𒊎on loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor andꦓ capacitor size are achieved with typical 600kHz switching &nb⛦sp;frequency. It adopts the COT 🦹archite✅cture to achieve fast transien🐼t responses for high voltage step down applications. The TMI3255S requires a minimum number of readily available sta🍒ndard external componentsꦬ and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
