The TMI3255TF is a high efficiency 600kHz, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC con🔯verter capable of delivering up to 5A current. TMI3255TF integra💛t🅺es main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction lo🌜ss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inducto𝔉r and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture and force PWM operation in steadꦯy state to achieve fast transient ꧂responses for highꦅ voltage step down applications. The TMI3255TF requires a minimum number of readily availabl💝e standard exte💝rnal components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
