The TMI3255 i꧅s a high efficiency 600kHz, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous stepdown DC-DC converterღ capable of delivering up to 5A current. TMI3255 integrates m🦩ain switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output🎃 voltage ri🎶pple and small external inductor♛ and capacitor size♎ are achieved with 600kHz swiꦆtching frequency. It adopt🅘s the COT architecture to ac💟hieve fast transient responses forꦯ high voltage step𝓰 down applications. The TMI3255 requires a minimum number of readilyಞ available standard external compone🔜nts and is available in a 6-pin 🃏DFN2x2-6FC ROHS compliant package.
