The TMI3244T is a high efficiency 550kHz, Constant-on-Time (COT) control mode, synchronous step൲-🐻down DC-DC converter capable of de𝓀livering up to Peak 4.0A current with 1.2V output vol💧tage. ♋TMI3244T integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize꧃ the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and ca🎶pacitor size are achieved with 550kH꧙z switching frequency. It adopts the COT archi🎃tecture to achieve fast transient respon🔥ses for high voltage step down applications. The TMI3244T requires a minimum number of readily available 🎉stand🌠ard external components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
