The TMI3253SHF is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant-on-Time (COT) control mode synchronou🥂s step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 3.0A current. TMI3253SHF integrates ma🍰in switch and syn🙈chronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low outp🎐ut voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved wi🌌th 1MHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses for &nb💛sp;high voltage step down applications. The TMI༺3253SHF requires a minimum number of readily available standard ex🏅ternal components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
