The TMI3253SH is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant-on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous s✃tep-down DC-DC🔯 converter capable of delivering up to 3.0A current wit🐬h 1.2V output voltage. TMI3253SH i💯ntegrates main switch and &nbꦜsp;synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conductio꧋n loss. Low output voltage rip༺ple and small external ind🔯uctor and capacitor size are achieved with 1MHz switchin♔g freque♛ncy. It adopts🦄♊ the COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses for hig💛h vo꧙ltage step down applications. The TMI3253SH requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components &🔴nbsp;and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
