The TMI3253TH is a high efficiency 1MHz, Constant-on-Time (COT) control mode synchronou🔜s step-down DC-DC converter capable of ℱdelivering up to 3.0A current with 1.2V output voltage. TMI3253🧔TH integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loജss. Low output voltage &n🉐bsp;ripple ♍and sm𒐪all external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 1MHz switch𒁏ing fr🃏equency. It ad♐opts the CꦗOT architecture to achieve fast transieꩲnt responses for high voltage step down applications. The TMI3253TH requires a minimum number of readily available standard ex⛎ternal components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.
