The TMI3113D is a 1.0MHz constant frequency, current mode step-down converter. It is 📖ideal for portable equipment requiring high output current up 💞to 🌌3.5A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries. The deviceꦇ also can run at 100% duty cycle f🐲or low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation provides very low output ripple for noi🧸se sensitive applications. The 1MHz high switching frequency of TMI3113D could minimize the size of external components while keeping switching losses low. The internal slop🦩e co☂mpensation setting allows the device to operate with smaller inܫductor values to optimize size and provide efficient operation. TMI3113D has power good function and it is offered in DFN3*3-10 package.
