The TMI3112H is a 2.3MHz constaꦅnt frequency, current mode step-down converter. It is ideal for portable &nbs⛄p;equipment reqღuiring very high current up to 2A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteri𒁃es while still achieving  ♓;over 🗹95% efficiency during peak load conditions wiꦯth 5✃V inp🐻ut and 3.3V output application. The TMI3112H also can ru꧂n at 100% duty cycle for low ✱dropout operationꦉ, extenᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚding battery life in portable systems while lig🧔ht load operation provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applicaജtions. The TMI3112H🐽 can supply up to 2A output load 🍰current from 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage and the o💯utput voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. 🙈The high switchinඣg frequency minimizes the size🅠 of external components while keeping switching losses low. The internal slope &nbs꧅p;compensation setting allows the device to operate with 𓂃 smaller inductor values to optimize size 🐠an💮d provide efficient opera👍tion.
