The TMI3412 is a 1MHz constant frequency, curr🔯ent mode step-d🐻own converter with Powe🌠r Good indicator function. It is ideal for portable equipment r🔴equiring&﷽nbsp;very high current up👍 to 2.5A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteriꦏes or other input source froꦿm 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and the output voltage can๊ be regulated as low as ꩲ0.6V. The TMI3412 also can run at 100% duty cycle for ﷽low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable syst🍎ems while light load&nb𒆙sp;operation providꦺes very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications. The h🍌igh switcౠhing frequency minimizes the size of 💮external components🍒 while keeping switching losses low. The internal slope&n𝕴bsp;compensation settin🦹g allows the device to operate with smaller inductor values to optimize s🌺ize and provide efficient operation.
