The TMIℱ3112 is a 1MHz constant frequency, current mode step-🌞down converter with Power Goo𝕴d indicator function. It is ideal f♛or portable equipment requiring very high ꦐcurrent up to 2A fꦍrom single-cell Lithium-ion batteries or other inp🍌ut source from 2.5V to 5.5V in꧃put voltage and the ou☂tput voltage can be regulated as low as 0.ဣ6V. The TMI3112 also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extendinꦓg battery life in portable systems while light load operat🐠i♚on provides very low output 🐭ripple for noise sensitive applications. The high switching frequency mini🐠mizes the sﷺize of external components while ke𓃲eping sw🍨itching losses low. The interna𒁃l slope compensation setting allows the device to operat🐎e with smaജller inductor values to optimi꧅ze size and provide efficient operation. The TMI3112 is offer💃ed in a 6-pin, SOT package, and is available in an adjustable version. This device offers two ope♉ration modes, PWM control and PFM Mode s🐻witching control, which al✤lows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.
