The TMI3411B is a 1.5MHz constant frequency,&🙈nbsp;current mode ꧑step-down ♊converter. It is ideal for portable equipment requiring very high current💖 up 🧸to 1.5A from single-cel🍎l Lithium-ion batteries while still achieving over 95% effiꦚciency during peak lo☂ad conditions with 5V input and 3.3V outp🐷ut application. The TMI3411B also can run at 100% duty cycle for low&nbs꧟p;dropoutꦏ operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operatioꦍn provides very low o❀utput ripple for noise sensitive applications. The&n🔜bsp;TMI3411B can supply up to 1.5A output 𒉰load current from 2.5V to 6V input voltage and t🌟he output voltage can be regulateﷺd as low as 0.608V. The high switching frequency minimizes the size ཧof exte♛rnal components while keeping switching losses lo𝐆w. The internal slope compensation setting allows the 🦩devi🐟ce to operate with smalle✨r inductor values to optimize size and provide efficient op🦄eration. The TMI3411B is offered in a 5-pin, SOT package, and is🧔 ꦅavailable in an adjustable version. 🌜This device🌠 offers two operation modes, PWM control and PFM Mo꧙de switching control, which all🃏ows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.
