The TMI3342 i💦s a high efficiency 370kHz switching frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter ꦯwith capability of delivering up to peak 2A current. TMI3342 integrates both high and low sid☂e 💞switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and 🐻small external 🧜;inductor and capacitor size are achieved ꦐwith &nb🦩sp;370kHz switching frequency.
The TMI3342 requires a minimum number of external components and it is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
