The TMI3341C is a high efficiency 600kHz switching frequency synchronous Buck D💟C-DC converter with capability of delivering up to 1.5A current. TMI3341C integrates both high an൩d low side switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize th꧅e &nbs🐎p;conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switching frequency.
The TMI3341C requires a minimum♚ number of external components and it is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
