The TMI3459 is a synchronous step-dow𒉰n DC-DC 🐈;converter capable of del💯ivering up to 0.6A current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs and adopts COT𓆏 control Mode with fast transient responseℱ. At light loads, the regulato🍰r operates in low frequency to mai🐈ntain high efficiency and low𒉰 output ripple. Low output voltage ripple and s꧂mall external ind♍uctor and capacitor size are🌌 achieved with 2MHz switching frequency. The ꦯdevices have advanced features include UVLO, Thermal Shutdown, soft 🥂start, OCP and short-circuit protection. The TMI3459 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external component🌺s and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
