TMI3343D is a wide input voltage of 4.5V to 30V, high efficiency current mode, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter capable of delivering 3A current with adjustable switching frequency from 50🌸kHz to 1.5MHz. TMI3343D integrates main switch and synchronous switch with low RDS(on) to minimize the conduction loss.
