The TMI8123 i🌱s a motor driver for wide variety&▨nbsp;of end applications. The device integrates an&🅠nbsp;H-bridge, charge pump regulator, current sensi🔜ng and regulation, current proportional output, and protection circuitry. T𝓰he charge pump improves efficien💫cy by allowing for both high and low side N-channels MOSFETs and 100% duty cycle support.
Integrate🐈d current sensing all🍃ows for the driver to regulate the motor curre🐬🐲nt during start up and high load events. A c🍬urrent limit can be 🌱set with an adjustabl🌼e external voltage reference. Additionally, the device provides an output current proportional to the motor loa𝐆d current. This can be used to detect motor stall or change in load conditions.
A low-power sleep mode is provided to achieve ultra- low quiescent curre🌺nt draw by sh🍃utting down most of the internal circuitry. The device is f𒁃ully protected from faultꦦs and short circ💧uits, including undervoltage lockout&⛄nbsp;(UVLO), output over-curre🍒nt🌌 protection (OCP), and device thermal shutdown (TSD). Fault conditions are indicated on nFAULT.
