T🌠he operating temperature range is between −40°C to 125°C✅, and t🀅he maximum input voltage is 36V.This device consists of an Output Sh𒉰ort-circuit Protection Circuit, an Over-current Protection Circuit, and⛎ a Thermal Shutdown Circuit in addition to the b✤asic regulator circuits. The TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is d🀅esigned to work with low-ESR ceramic capacitors🐟, reducing the amount 🌠of the PCB area necessary for power applications. &nb🐎sp;Only﷽ a 1μF cera💞mic output capacitor can make the device stable over the who𒆙le load range current 0mA to 200mA. TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is an in🙈ternal fixed output voltage, which can provide a LDO regulator𝓡 with an output voltage of 3.3V, 5Vﷺ꧂, and its output voltage accuracy can reach ±0.6%.
