The TMI6411-XXTB is an ultra-low supply cu🔥rꦰrent voltage LDO regulator with 200mA output current 🔥;and 36V wild inp🍌ut voltage. This device consists of an output short-circuit prote🥃ction circuit, an overcurrent prot🎀ection circuit, and a thermal shutdow෴n circuit in ad𓄧dition to the basic regulator circuits. The TMI6411-XXTB is designed to work with lowESR ceramic cap🌠acitors, reducing the amount of the PCB area ne꧙cessary for power applications. Only a 1μF ceramic output capacitor can make the &nꦏbsp;device sꦇtable over the whole load range curren🦩t (0mA to 200mA). TMI6411-XXTB is an internal fixed output volt🦄age, which can provid𒅌e a LDO regulator with an output😼 voltage range of 1.8V𝄹~5V,𓆏 and its output voltage accurac🦄y can rea🌜ch ±0.6%. The TMI6411-XXTB is offered in SOT89-5 packages.
