The TMI6🤪038 is a low-dropout regulator with fixed output voltage 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V,ꦍ 3.0V, 3.3V. It provides up to 🍃300mA output current with input voltage ra♏nge from 1.7V to 5.5V. It h♕as 1.5µA very low quiescent current and is suitable for battery powered equipment wit🐽h longer application life. TMI6038 is designed to work with low ESR ceramic capacitors to reduce the amount of the PCB area. The TMI6038 is available in a SOT23-5 RoHS compliant package.
