The TMI6050 is a 600🧜mA, low-dropout (LDO) linear regul🃏ator with fast transien🌺t response and high PဣSRR. It offers high output accuracy, low dropout voltage and low quiescent current as well as fast &nbs🍃p;start-up time.💃 This regulator is based on a CMOS🔴 process. The T♋MI6050 is designedও to work with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount o🅺f the PCB &nbs💝p;area necessary 🏅for power applications. Only a 1μF ceramic output capacitor can make the 🀅device stab🍃le 🐬over the whole load current range current (0mA to 600mA). The output ofไ TMI6050 ♛is adjustable,and the output can be set by an ex🐻ternal resistor d✅ivider. When the 𓆉FB pin is connected to an external resistor divider, its🦩 output can be adjusted fro🍃m 0.8V to 5V. Other key features 🗹include over-cℱurrent protection and thermal shuไtdown.
