TMI2293HQ offers very 🔯💮compact solution with up to 3👍.5A continuous output curr🤡ent over a wide input range. Maximum 100% 🎉duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2293HQ integrates a h🌟igh side P-MOSFET with Rdson=40mΩ and a low side N-MOSFET with Rdson=25mΩ. TMI2293HQ offers two operation modes, PWM and♚ &nꦺbsp;PFM mode switcꦬhing control, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.
