TMI2294 is a wide inp🥃ut voltage, high efficiency stepdown DC/DC converter that can operat💜e in either CV (Consta🌌𝕴nt Voltage) or CC (Constant Current) output mode. TMI2294 provides up to typical 3.4﷽A current limit at 5V output with 18m💃Ω curr♐ent sense resistor. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2294 integ🐬rates a high side P-♔MOSFET with Rdson=55mΩ and a low side N-MOSFET with Rdson=32mΩ. Advanced protection features include UVLO, Thermal Shutd🍸own, Soft Start, input🐷 OVP and output OVP.
