TMI2243 is a wide input voltage, fixed 5V output voltage, high efficiency active CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant 5V Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode. TMI2243 provides up to typical 2.75A output c🍷urrent limit at 5V output. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2243 internal int🌄egrate 75mΩ high side and 40mΩ low side power MOSFET.
