The TME7352 is an integrated IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant Powered Device (PD) power supply solution. It includes a PD interface and an isolated fly-back converter. The PD interface includes detection and all the functions of IEEE 802.3af, classification, 100mA inrush current, 740mA operation current limit as well as 100V Hot-swap MOSFET. The DC/DC converter is a high efficiency primaryside regulated peak current control mode fly-back DC-DC converter with maximum 195kHz PFM operation. TME7352 switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. It adopts peak current mode to achieve fast transient responses.
