TMI7302E provides a complete interface for a&nb🌌sp;powered device (PD) to comply with the IEEE®𒉰 802.3af standard in a Power-over꧃-Ethernet (PoE) system. TMI7302E provides the PD with a detection signature, classification signature, and&n🌞bsp;an integrated isolati🎃on power switch with inr⛦ush current contro﷽l. During the inrush period,TMI73- 02E 🦂limits the current to 85mA before switching 🌃to the higher current limit (640mA) when the isolation power MOSFET is fully enhanced. TMI7302E has a lower on-impedance and lower static current, adopts mini package SOT23-3.
