The TMI7320 is an integrated IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant Powered Device (PD) power supply  solution. It includes a P𝄹D interface and an  🅘isolated/non-isolated fly-back or Buck converter. &nꦰbsp;The P🍒D inter𒈔face includes detection and all the  functions of IEEE 80꧒2.3af, classifica♑tion, 150mA  inrusꦛh current, 450mA operation current limit as  well as 100V Hot-swap MOSFET. ꦛThe DC/DC conve✨rter uses fixed peak current and  variable frequency discontinuous conductℱion🐎 mode  (DCM) to regulate constant output vಌoltage. The  primary-side regulati𝐆on without opto-c🐻oupler  feedback in fly-back mode simplif🌟ies the design  while buck mode continues mini🤡mizes the solution  size for non-isolated applications. A 160V  inte🍬grated power MOSFET optimizes the device for  various wide voltage applications It in♛corporates over current, open-circuit, and overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown. The TMI7320 s🌃upports a front-end solution for  PoE-PD application with minimal external  components and is available in QFN4mmx5mm-28 package.
