The TMI7327B is an integrated IEEE 802.3af  compatible PoE𓆏 Powered Device with PD interface  and power converter.♔🦄 It is targeted for isolated or  non-isolated 13W PoE application. The PD provide a complete interf🐟ace for a powered  device (PD) to comply with the IEEE® 802.3af/at♔  standard in a power-over-Ethernet (PoE) system. ༒ The PD with a detection signature, classification  ൩;signature, and an integrated isolation po🧜wer switch  with inrush current control. During the inrush period, &♐nbsp;the PD limit the current to less t🐈han 120mA before  swi🦋tching to the higher current limit (400mA to  6♌00mA) when the iso🔴lation power MOSFET is fully  enhanced. The devices 𓃲feature an input UVLO with  wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to  compensat🐭e for twisted-pair cable resistive drop  and to assure glitch-free transition during powౠeron/-off conditions. The PD can ꦯwithstand up to  100V at the 🤪input. The devices detect the presence  of a wall a💜dapter power-source connection and ♒ allow a smooth switchover from the P꧙oE power  source to the wall power adapter. The intelligent &nb🎃sp;MPS function en♕ables applications requiring very💮  low power standby modes. TMIꦇ7327B features protection including over  current🎶 🌜protection, over voltage protection, open  circuit prot𝓀ectio🃏n and thermal shut down. The  TMI7327B can support a froඣnt-end solution for &nb𒁃sp;PoE-PD application with minimum external component, it is ♋available in QFN-28 (4mmX5mm)  package.
