The TMI7327A is an integrated IEEE 802.3af  compatible PoE Powere𝕴d Device with PD interface  ♓and power ꧅converter. It is targeted for isolated or  non-isolated 13W PoE application. The PD provide a complete🍰 interface for a powered  ꦉdevice (PD) to comply with the IEEE® 8🎃02.3af/at  standard in a ꦑpower-over-Ethernet (PoE) system.  The PD with a detection signatur💯e, classification  ꧒;signature, and an integrated iso🃏lation power switch  with inrush cu🐼rrent control. During👍 the inrush period,  the PD limit the current to less than 12𝓀0mA before  switching to🔯 the𝔍 higher current limit (400mA to  600mA) when the iꦓsolation 𝓡power MOSFET is fully  enhan൲ced. The devicesඣ feature an input UVLO with  wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to  compensate for twisted-pair cable resistive 🍸drop  and to assure glitch-free transitio🐟n during poweron/-off conditions. The PD 🧔can withstand up to  100V at♕ the input. The devices detect the presence  of a wall ad𓃲apter power-source connection and  allow a smooth switchover from the PoE pow൩er  source to the wall power adapter. TMI7327A features protection ⛄including over  current pꦍrotection, over v🧸oltage protection, open  circuit p🎶rotection and thermal sh🍷ut down. The  TMI73🐈27A can support a front-end solution for &nb♉sp;PoE-PD application with minimum external component, it 🍸is available in QFN-28 (4mmX5mm)  package.
