The TMI7326B is an integrated IEEE 802.3af  compatible PoE Poweredꦐ Device with PD interface ꧅ and power converter. It is targe🥂ted for isolated or♚  non-isolated 13W PoE application. The PD provide a complete interfไace for a powered  device (PD) to✅ compl꧃y with the IEEE® 802.3af/at  standard in a power-over-⛎Ethernet (PoE) system.  The 𒊎PD with a detection signature, classification  signat♍ure, and an integrated isolation powe🌳r switch  with inr𓂃ush current control. During the inrush🐼 period,  the PD limit the currꦗent to less than 120mA before  switching to the higher current limit (400mA to &n💝bsp;600mA) when🌳 the isolation power MOSFET is fully  enhanced. The devic𒉰✨es feature an input UVLO with  wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to  compensate for twisted-pair cable res💯istive drop  and to assure glitch-free transition dur🌠ing power-on/-off cond🍬itions. The PD can withsta😼nd up to  100V at the i༺nput. The devices detect the presence  of a wall adapter power-so𓃲urce con♑nection and  allow a smooth switchover from the PoE 🤪power  source to the wal🦹l power adapter. The intelligent  MPS function enables applications requiring ♊very  low power standby modes. TMI7326B features protection inclꦦuding over  current protection, over v꧋olt🌳age protection, open  circuit protection and thermal shut down. T🏅he  TMI7326B can support a front-end solution ﷽for  PoE-PD application with minimum external  component, it is available in QFN-2𓆏8 (4mmX5mm)  package.
