The TMI7326A is an integrated IEEE 802.3af  compatible PoE Powered Device wit♏h PD interface  and power converter. It is targeted for isolated 🦩or  non-isolated 13W PoE application. The PD provide a complete interface for ౠa powered  device (PD) to comply with the IEEE® 802.3af🍒/ཧat  standard in a power-over-Ethernet (PoE) syꦅstem.🐻  The PD with a detection signature, classificatio🤪n  signature, and an intꦏegrate🔯d isolation power switch  with inrush curreওnt control. During the inrush period,  the P꧃ജD limit the current to less than 120mA before  ಞswitching to the♉ higher current limit (400mA to  600mA🍌) when the isolation power MOSFET is🍌 fully  🤡enhanced. The devices feature an input UVLO with  wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to  compensate for twiste🔜d-pair cable resistive drop  and to assure glitch-free transition durin📖g poweron/-off conditions. The PD can ꦰwithstand up to  100V at the input.🅷 The devices detect the presence  of a wall adapter power♕-source connection and  allow a sm𓆏𓆉ooth switchover from the PoE power  so🦹urce to the wall power adapter. T🌼he intelligent  MPS function enables applic💝ations requiring ver𒁃y  low power standby modes. TMI7326A features protection including over✅  current prot𒀰ection, over voltage protection, open  circuit protection and thermal shut down.🅰 The  TMI7326A can s♕uppor🌠t a front-end solution for  PoE-PD application with minimum external  com♔ponent, it is available in QFN-28 (4mmX5mm) &nbs𝔍p;package.
