The TMI7325B i🥀s an 🅺integrated IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant Powered Device (PD) power supply solution. I🐬t includes a PD interface and an isolated/non-isolated fly-back. The PD interface includes detection and cl📖assification modes as well as a 100V output pa🥀ss device. An inrush current limit is included to🥂🐽 charge the input capacitor slowly without interruptౠion due to die heating. The DC-DC converter integr🔯ates a 160V power switch, which can convert🍒 the energy of PD with lower loss. Further it has the functions o🌱f internal 🌳sof✅t-start and automatic retry. Besides, it has Over Current Protection (OC🦂P), output short-circuit, Over Voltage Protection (OVP) and thermal shutdown protection, and can keep no-load operation through skip cycle. The ꦕDC-DC switching fre♚quency supports extern꧟al resistance setting and external clock synchronization. The TMI7325B f🦄eatures power good output wit🐭h inrush completion delay and is available in ♐a thermally enhanced 4mm x 6mm DFN-20 package.
