T🌌he PD provide a complete interface for a powered ♒device (PD) to comply with the IE🅘EE® 802.3af/at standard in a power-over-Ether🔯net system. The PD with a 🍬detection signature, classification🌞 signature, and an integrate✅d solation power switch with inrush &n🌞bsp;current control. During the inrush p🌞eriod, the PD limit the current to le🍌ss than 180mA before 🤪switching to the higher current limit (720mA to 920mA) when the i🧜solation power MOSFET is fully enhanced. The device🎀s feature an input UVLO with wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to compensate for twisted-pair ♓cable resistive drop &nbs🍬p;and t𝓀o assure glitch-free transition during poweron/-off conditions𒀰. The PD can withstand up to &n💝bsp;100V at the input. T๊he PD support a 2-event classification method as specified in the IEEE 02.𒐪3at standard and provide a signal to indicate &🗹nbsp;when probed by Type🌼 2 power-sour🥃cing equipment (PSE). A PG signal set ♕to high indicates when the♍ output🌳 is fully charged and pulls low when the output dro𒉰ps under the ove൩rload condition .The devices de🐟tect the presence of a wall adapter &nb🅺sp;power-source connection and allow a smooth switchover from the PoE power 🏅sou꧃rce to the wall power adapt♛er. The intelligent MPS function enables applications requiring veryꦫ low power &nbs🔯p;standby modes. The TMI7303D is available in a DFN3x3-10 package with exposed pad for low thermal resistance.
