The 🌌TMI7303C provides a complete interface for a &nbs🎶p;Powered Device (PD) with the IEEE 802.3af/at standard in PoE system. The TMI7303C includes detection signat❀u𝓰re, classification signature and an integrౠated isolation power switch with 🍒inrush  current control mode. It su♔pports a 2-event  classification method as specifꩵied provide a signal𒁃  to indica♎te when probed by Type 2 power-sourcing  equipment (PSE). ♈The device detects the presence  🌼of a wall adapter power-source connection and  allow a smooth switchꦜover from the PoE power  source t✤o the wall adapter. Thermal protection is  built in to accommodate both trans🐽ient and/or  o♉verload conditions, shutting the part down and  protecting the input source as well as the output &n൲bsp;load depending on the 𓃲par🎃ticular fault conditions.  Inrush current limiting is included to slowly charge &n༒bsp;the input capac🐽itor without i🃏nterruption due to die  heating, ജa probl▨em encountered without the current  limit fold back feature. The TMI7303C is available in an 𒀰ESOP8 packag💝e  with exposed pad for low thermal resistance.
