The TMI7303B 𒐪provides a complete interface for a  Powered Device (PD) with the IEEE 802.3af/at standard in PoE system. The𒅌 TMI7303B include  detection signature, cl⭕assification signature and ꧒an integrated isolation poweꦚr switch with inrush  cur🃏rent control mode. It supports a 2-event  classification method as specified provide a si✨gnal  to indic🔴ate when probed by Type 2 power-sourcing  equip𝕴ment (PSE). The devices detect the presence ಌ o🌳f a wall adapter power-source connection a🌜nd  al🍒low a smooth swi🐟tchover from the PoE power  source to the wall adapt🌠er. Thermal protection is  built in to accommodate both transie👍nt and/or &n♓bsp;overload conditions, shutting the part♉ down and  protecting the input source as we♉ll as the output &nb🔥sp;load depending on the﷽ particular fault conditionsಌ.  Inrush current li🌊miting is included to slowly charg🌸e  the input capacito♏r without interruption due to die  heating, a problem encountered🎃 without the current  limit fold back feature. The TMI7303B is available in a DFN3x3-10  package with exposed pad for low thermal  resistance.
