The TMI7303A provides a complete interf๊ace f𝄹or a  Powered Device (PD) with the IEEE 802.3af/at stan🅷dard in PoE system. The TMI7303A include  detection🃏 signature, classification signature and an integ꧟rated isolation power switch with inru💞sh  current control mode. It suppo💫rts a 2-event  classificati𝔍on method as specified provide a signal  to indicate wh🦹en probed by Type 2 pow🐻er-sourcing  equi𝄹pment (PSE). The devices detect the pr🃏esence  of 🎐a wall adapter power-source connection🥀 and  allow 💛a smooth switchover from the PoE 𒆙power  source to the wall ada♒pter. Thermal🎐 protection is  built in to accommodate both transient and/o♛r  ove⛄rload conditions, shutting t🧔he part down and  protecting the input source as well as the output &nᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚbsp;load depending on the particu𝔍lar fault co𒐪nditions.  In⛄rush current limitin🌊g is included to slowly charge  the input capacitor without int🌞erruption due to die  hea🍌ting, a problem encountered without the current  limit fold back feature. The TMI7303A is available in a DFN3x3-10  package with exposed pad for low thermal  resistance.
