TMI73𒆙02D provides a complete interface for a  powered device (PD) to comply with the ಞIEEE®  8🃏02.3af standard in a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE)  system. TMI7302D provides the PD with a  detection signature, classification signat🎃ure, and  an integr♒ated isolation power 𝔉switch with inrush  current control. During the inrush period,  TMI7302D limit the current t🌃o less than 150mA  before switching to the higher current li𒐪mit (𒅌400mA  to 500mA) when the isolatio🍌n power MOSFET is ꦉ fully enhanced. The device features an input UVL🐠O &nb🎃sp;with wide h✨ysteresis and long deglitch time to  compensate💛 for twiste꧙d-pair cable resistive drop  and to assure gli𝕴tch-free transition during poweron/-off conditions. TMI730🥃2D can withstand up to  100V 𓃲at the input. TMI7302D also provides a  power-good (PG) signal, two- step current limit a💧nd  fold-back, over temperature pro𝓀tection, and di/dt  limit. TMI7302D automatica🐓ಞlly generates the necessary  pulsed current to maintain the P𒐪SE power. An  external resistor is used t🎀o enable this fu✅nctionality  and to program the MPS pulsed current amplitude.
