TMI730ꦕ1 provides a complete interface for a powered device (PD) to coꦓmply with the IEEE® 802.3af standard in a Power-over-Ethe𒅌rnet (PoE)💞 system. TMI7301 pr🍰ovides the PD with a detection signature, classification signature, a꧋nd an integrat🦂ed isolation powﷺer switch with inrush current♓ control. During the inrush ꦓperiod, TMI7301 limit the curr🉐ent to less than 150mA before switching to the higher current limit (400mA to &n🍃bsp;500ꦕmA) when t𝓰he isolation power MOSFET is fully enhanced. T🎉he device features a🦩n input UVLO with wide hysteresis and long deglitch time to compens🅰ate for twisted-pair cable resistive drop and to assure glitch-free t🌊ransition during poweron/-off conditio💙ns.
